Cookie Policy

Last updated October 2026

This page explains what cookies are, which ones our website uses, and how you can choose which ones you're happy with. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we look after your personal information more generally.

This website is run by 4GNA Limited, trading as EmergeCyber.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your phone, tablet or computer. They help the site remember things, like the cookie choices you've made, or tell us which pages people find useful. Some are set by us, and some are set by other companies whose services we use.

Your choice, always

When you first visit our website, a banner asks which cookies you're happy for us to use. You can accept all, reject all, or choose by type. We give each option equal weight, and rejecting is just as easy as accepting.

We only set cookies that aren't essential after you've said yes. If you reject them, the website works just the same.

You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

The types of cookies we use

Necessary cookies (always on)

These are needed for the website to work properly, including remembering the cookie choices you've made. They don't track you, and we don't need your permission to use them.

  • cookieyes-consent (CookieYes): remembers your cookie choices so we don't ask every time. Lasts 1 year.

Analytics cookies (only with your permission)

These help us understand how people use our website, for example which pages are visited and how long people stay, so we can make it better. We use Google Analytics for this. It doesn't tell us who you are.

  • _ga (Google Analytics): tells visits apart so we can count how many people use the site. Lasts 2 years.
  • ga (followed by an ID) (Google Analytics): keeps track of each visit. Lasts 2 years.

Advertising cookies (only with your permission)

We may run online adverts, for example on LinkedIn or Google. If we do, these cookies help us see whether our adverts are useful and avoid showing you the same one too often. We'll list them here before we use them, and they'll only ever be set with your permission.

Booking a call

When you open our booking calendar, it's provided by Calendly, which may set its own cookies to make the booking work. You can read about these in Calendly's cookie notice.

Full, up-to-date list

We regularly scan our website to check exactly which cookies it uses. The full list is below.

Controlling cookies in your browser

As well as using our cookie settings, you can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings. If you block necessary cookies, some parts of the website may not work as they should. Your browser's help pages explain how.

Changes to this policy

If we change the cookies we use, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
